Moogle - Internal Search Engine

Our client, a global enterprise with employees spread across various departments and regions, was seeking a centralized platform to facilitate easy access to essential applications and utility websites. The objective was not only to simplify business operations but also to streamline the onboarding process for new staff.

The major challenges were twofold: firstly, to create a user-friendly, Google-like search engine that served as a central hub for accessing essential applications and websites, and secondly, to encourage community involvement by allowing any team member to contribute to the search results. Additionally, the client wanted an integrated in-app user guide and a recently opened websites widget on the user's home screen for a personalized user experience.

In response to these needs, we developed Moogle, a Google-like search engine application tailored to the client's specifications.
